Do higher tiers get stronger encryption?
No. Every existing feature runs at maximum capability for everyone. Higher tiers unlock new capabilities — apps, tools, modes — and never upgrade a primitive you already had. The Connection Floor makes anything else pointless: a stronger key on one end adds nothing when the other end is the minimum.
Why is there no free tier?
v1 sells nothing. Every invited account carries every capability in this build, and no screen in the app takes money. When the tiers open there is no free seat, because a free seat is paid for with the person sitting in it. There is no advertising model here, no data sale, and no telemetry product — the subscription is the entire business.
Where do government buyers start?
Fleet enrollment under annual agreements, with an evidence package your evaluators can verify line by line. Start at Government & Defense and route the engagement through procurement — it is an intake lane, never a fourth price card.
