INVITE ONLY

Build the carrier.

QERYX is built by few hands held to an evaluator's standard. This page states how we work, the honest state of open roles, and what convinces us.

Roles listed true-or-absent

Work to five laws, or do not work here

  1. The engine outranks the body. Crypto invariants are never bent for a feature. The feature bends.
  2. Evidence over adjectives. Every security sentence names a primitive, links an artifact, or states what the system cannot do — engineers included.
  3. Ship daily. The window is a race. Small, verified, committed — every day.
  4. Phone-first craft. A section earns its place on a phone screen or it is cut. Same law for product surfaces.
  5. The caveat is the credibility. We publish what is not done yet, in the present tense, and fix the page the day it changes.

Read the honest state of the roster

No roles are posted today.

That is the honest state, and it changes when the mission needs hands. Exceptional work does not wait for a listing.

Bring three things and nothing else matters

Show the thing you built

A repository, a protocol note, a teardown, a tool people use. Work outranks a résumé here, every time.

Name the primitive

Tell us how your thing actually holds — the algorithm, the parameter, the failure mode. Adjectives are not evidence, in our copy or in your letter.

Name the mistake you refuse to repeat

The sharpest engineers we know are defined by the composition mistakes they have already paid for. Tell us yours and what rule it left behind.
